You can call me a lot of things: Wife, mom, sister, daughter...and now cancer patient.   I work, I mom, I wife.  I have always fought hard for my family to have everything they need (and even want), but now it is time for the fight for my life.  As a mother of a beautiful blended family of  7 and 1 Boston Terrier fur baby, I surely wasn't expecting this bump in the road.

A good friend told me the other day "no matter what, tough situations are temporary, but tough people last!".  And this quest I am about to embark on will be just that, tough and long, but God is the Ultimate physician and is with me every step of the way.  He will see me (and comfort me) along this quest, developing and building my testimony, for His glory.  And my prayer when this whole healing process is done and my quest has been conquered is that I can mentor and support those young women succeeding me.
